"I just had a beautiful Reiki healing session with Penny.
went to see her because I had not been feeling well for a few months. An old tummy issue resurfaced after being under a lot of stress. I am familiar with Reiki healing and have had sessions in the past, so when I learned that Penny had recently qualified as a Reiki Master, I reached out.
Penny’s warm, nurturing, and compassionate nature created a relaxing space for the healing to unfold. During the session, I felt my energy shifting and rebalancing, and the anxiety I was holding was subsiding. The energy continued to shift for a few days after the session. It was interesting to feel and observe the sensations and receive further insights into my issue.
